I’m thinking of all of us sports fans, knowing September launches our favorite season! We are planning tailgating parties, back yard barbecues and/ or picnics to simply enjoy our mild temperatures and clear skies. Barbecue Pork Meatballs are my new favorite recipe for my favorite season. The Spicy Beer Mustard glaze also jumped to a favorite of mine for its ease of preparation and primarily for its light and saucy flavor.
Pork Meat Balls come together with ease. Make small, medium or large, and oven roast or grill. Serve with macaroni and cheese, potatoes (any way you like them), or simply on the antipasto board. The perfectly balanced sweet to tangy barbecue sauce also makes a delicious dip.
