The Splendid Table published this simple and versatile recipe for a luxurious dinner. I thank Cassie Johnston for her creation. The servings are generous and may be served hot from the skillet in a bun or cold with a salad on day 2.
The ingredients blend superbly and form a compact patty that browns nicely and looks attractive on a platter or in a bun. Spicy Beer Mustard takes a salmon burger out of the ordinary and into the exceptionally delicious category.
